Add new ticket

There is a special button "Add new ticket" on your tickets list. Use it if you need to create new ticket from phone call or after meeting with your clients. After creating the message, your client will receive notification with ticket number and interactive link about request.

Add new contact

If you face new client and need to create a profile, you can do it right on the new ticket page. Also, you can choose an option to notify the new customers about the new ticket. Do it all in one place. Use special tags to mark useful info for your college. It will allow you to find it quick via filters.

What does the plugin license include?

All plugin purchases have licenses, which will allow you to update your plugin and receive support. Each license is valid for one year.

Are the licenses valid for a lifetime?

No, each license is valid one year from the date of your purchase. You will be sent an email to notify you when it is time to update.

How can I install plugins?

We are providing installation and setup services, please contact our support for assistance.

What is "number of sites"?

The "number of sites" limit - is simply a number of "production" installations. Every installed instance of plugin counts, web farms count as one.

For instance, your developers can install the plugin onto their local machines without any limits. But only one "production" installation is allowed with "single-site" license.

The "Unlimited" license allows unlimited number of installations within one company. For every additional company you have to purchase a separate license, despite the number of sites you're allowed to use with your current license.

What happens when my license expires?

The product will continue to work after your license expires. You are free to continue using the product for as long as you like, but you will not receive support and updates for the product any longer.
