There are no attachments in tickets connected from email. How to fix it?

There are two ways to get attachments from your customers:

  • Through the contact form.
  • Through the email message from your customers.

How to manage your email fetching settings?

There is the requirement” Fileinfo” extension for PHP. It will allow you to catch attachment from email messages. 

 

There is a special File upload configuration on the plugin settings tab. Please turn it on if you want to receive files as attachments. (see screenshot). 

 

Since you set up all settings, you will receive all files in a ticket page. To download them (to see) you need to click on them.
