Yes, you can use it with the CF7 plugin!
It works with the basic set of fields:
- – Name
- – Message
- – Subject
All you need is set up e-mail settings. It should be the same e-mail address to receive incoming messages.
You don’t need to build another form for our helpdesk plugin. Just use an existing one made by contact form №7.

The only one issue here is custom fields. It will be shown only in the message body (not as a custom field on our helpdesk).
