The ability to forward reply (by e-mail) to another person. It can be helpful when you need additional consultation.

Both of these are fields for email addresses to which you want additional copies of your message to be sent. Available only in PRO version

For using that options, you need to click on Cc/Bcc button.

As you know, you can change the ticket status or assign it to another agent as well. Clicking on the Send Reply button will send your message. But sometimes you need to send a letter to another person for the agreement or just for notification. In that case, you will able to add Cc/Bcc address.

Cc: (Carbon Copy) – Put the email address(es) here if you are sending a copy of their information (and you want everyone to see this explicitly)

Bcc: (Blind Carbon Copy) – Put the email address here if you are sending them a Copy and you do not want the other recipients to see that you sent it to this contact
