We’re excited to announce a major feature today called HelpCatcher. HelpCatcher is a simple embed code you can add to your website, which enables customers to contact you without leaving the page. Just enable it on Tickets -> Settings -> HelpCatcher -> Enabled HelpCatcher. Available only in PRO version

  • Customizable UI – choose background and hover colors, conversation text and we will add icons set in future
  •  API features – in future version, we will add API for predefined customer and ticket data for specific pages and

Settings and guide use:

1. Click settings tan on WP admin panel

2. Click “Help catcher” on the main menu of plugin settings

3. Configure basic settings

4. Check how it looks like on your website

5. All tickets from your “Help catcher” will be appeared on WP admin area as another request.
