I struggled a long time finding the right solution for me. Also tried some ticket systems – for WordPress and standalone. The most were just too complex, too much setup, too much in the background. With this plugin (I am using already the Pro) it is kept reduced to the point: the tickets itself. Setup email account and then you are ready to go. I am using it in a small company with three people, but the most important part for me was the mail-piping and so nothing project-related gets lost again.
The nice side effect is to see WHAT to do next due to emails the ticket-marker (read, unread, outstanding) … with more the emails per day, I often get lost. Keep up the work! Thank you.
